Recipe Ingredients for Beef Stroganoff

2 portion ( yield from 1/2 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
1.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
2 tbsp chopped Onions
0.188 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 serving Buttermilk
0.5 cup Beef Broth
1 clove Garlic
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black
6 cup dry Pasta
1 tbsp Canola Oil

Recipe Directions for Beef Stroganoff

  1. boil and drain noodles

  2. brown and drain beef

  3. saute onions, mushrooms, and garlic in oil

  4. mix buttermilk, and flour

  5. add beef broth to milk n flout

  6. add beef to veggies

  7. add milk mix to beef bring to boil and reduce heat to thicken.

  8. Add meat to noodles
