Recipe Ingredients for Beef Stroganoff

13 oz Cube Steak
1/4 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Shedd's Spread Country Crock Plus Calcium and Vitamins Soft
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
10.75 oz Beef Broth
10.75 oz 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup Cream, Sour, Reduced Fat, Cultured

Recipe Directions for Beef Stroganoff

  1. Season steaks with salt, pepper, and garlic.

  2. Dust steaks lightly with flour.

  3. Melt margarine in pan and add olive oil.

  4. Brown the steaks and remove.

  5. Cook mushrooms and onions in the drippings.

  6. Add one tsp of flour, cooked steak, soup, and broth to pan.

  7. Cook mixture over low heat 30 minutes.

  8. Stir in sour cream in the last few minutes.

  9. Serve over egg noodles.
