Delicious, a bit high in sodium, but low in carbs!

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Stirfry

500 g Top Round Beef
1 1/2 oz Black Bean Sauce
3 tbsp Grapeseed Oil
1 large Red Pepper
1 cup Chopped Brocolli
1 clove Garlic
1 cup Mustard Greens
2 Servings Oyster Sauce

Recipe Directions for Beef Stirfry

  1. Place 1tbsp grapeseed oil in Wok and heat

  2. When oil is sizzling (test with a bit of beef), place beef in in small batches, making sure not to overcrowd the Wok

  3. Once beef is fully browned (note: not cooked through!), place the beef on another dish, and put in peppers and brocolli. Also put in 1tbsp of Grapeseed Oil

  4. Once the brocolli has cooked partially through, put the Black Bean Sauce in and stir around. Then dump the peppers and broccoli into a side dish

  5. Put the last tbsp of Grapeseed Oil in the Wok, and then stirfry the garlic and onions until slightly transparent.

  6. Mix together, and put in Oyster Sauce
