Recipe Ingredients for Beef stirfry

6 ounces steak
2 cups bell peppers
2 cups eggplant
1 medium onion
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp peanut oil
1 cup broccoli
1 cup cauliflower

Recipe Directions for Beef stirfry

Add oil to wok or pan and heat. Add garlic, onion, ginger, etc. Add sliced beef and stirfry for 2 minutes. Add vegetables and stirfry until slightly tender. Add soy sauce or sauce of your choice and any herbs. Serve.
