Ground beef stir fry with vegetables, beans and rice

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Stir Fry

1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
6 oz lean ground beef
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 cup broccoli
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup carrot
1/2 cup celery
1 cup cauliflower
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 cup canned kidney beans
1/2 cup beef broth
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Beef Stir Fry

  1. Saute cabbage, carrot, celery in 1/2 tbsp oil. Add broccoli and cauliflower. Cook until tender.

  2. Saute ground beef in 1/2 tbsp of olive oil.

  3. Add garlic. Combine.

  4. Add rice and beans. Heat thoroughly.

  5. Combine beef broth and cornstarch.

  6. Make well in cooked vegetables and beef.

  7. Add beef broth.

  8. Cook until broth coats vegetables and beef.
