additional spices as wanted: I used soy sauce (watch sodium), curry, ginger, coriander and beef stock reduction.

Recipe Ingredients for Beef stir fry

3 carrots
2 celery stalks
2 bell peppers
1 onion
1 lb flank steak
1 cup bean sprouts
1 cup pea pods
5 cups rice

Recipe Directions for Beef stir fry

  1. steam rice (I use organic basmati brown rice)

  2. start onions and celery

  3. when starting to almost soften add bell peppers

  4. add beef

  5. when beef is starting to brown add onions

  6. add seasonings

  7. when beef is cooked as desired turn off heat and add pea pods and sprouts. cover and let sit for about 10 minutes.

  8. serve over rice.
