Asian inspired lean beef with vegetables

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Stir fry

5 g Olive oil,
300 g Beef
1 clove Garlic
1/2 Onion medium, sliced
1/2 cup Green beans
1/2 cup Snow peas
3 cups Mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon Sesame oil
1 teaspoon Fish sauce
1 teaspoon White sugar, granulated
1 teaspoon Oyster sauce

Recipe Directions for Beef Stir fry

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan on a high heat.

  2. Add half the oil, garlic, onion and beef and cook for 2 minutes until the meat is almost done. Remove and setaside in a bowl.

  3. In the same pan, add the remaining oil and heat to high. Add the beans and cook for 2 minutes. Mix in the mushrooms with a dash of water and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.

  4. Stir in the sesame oil, fish sauce, sugar and oyster sauce and return the beef back to the pan. Toss for another 2 minutes to heat through and serve with rice.
