Stir fry beef with veg garlic and ginger

Recipe Ingredients for Beef stir fry

1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
220 grams Mung Beans, Mature Seeds, Sprouted
140 grams Bamboo Shoots
250 grams Beef, Top Loin
3 clove Garlic
5 tsp Ginger Root
2 tsp Sugars, Granulated
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
