Standard asian stir fry with beef and vegetables

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Stir Fry

300 g beef steak
1/2 onion
1 clove garlic
1/2 carrot
3/4 red pepper
140 g bok choy
2 tbsp coriander, chopped
5 mushrooms
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp corn flour
1 tsp sweet chili sauce
200 g Noodles, Egg

Recipe Directions for Beef Stir Fry

  1. Chop all the vegetables. Slice steak into strips.

  2. Combine sauces and water.

  3. Blanche Noodles in hot water (or follow packet instructions)

  4. Stir fry steak. Add hard vegetables. Add soft vegetables. Add sauce and noodles. Add coriander.

  5. Serve.
