Recipe Ingredients for Beef stir-fry

3/4 pound beef, rib eye steak, trimmed
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons wine, sherry
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
2 bell peppers, red, sliced
1 carrot, large, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 green onion, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Recipe Directions for Beef stir-fry

  1. mix together soy sacue, sherry, sugar, vinegar, cayenne, cornstarch and set aside

  2. spray large skillet or wok with oil, heat until very hot

  3. add beef until cooked through and remove from pan

  4. add carrots and stir-fry until crisp-tender then add peppers and garlic. Continue to stir-fry for about two minutes.

  5. add beef and sauce mixture to pan and continue to stir-fry until the sauce thickens.

  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onion

  7. Serve with rice
