This is a really good and healthy way to eat your red meat.

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Stir Fry

8 3/4 cups of stir fry vegetables
1 1/2 pounds Sliced Flank Steak
4 tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Safflower Oil
6 cups Cooked Rice

Recipe Directions for Beef Stir Fry

  1. In frying pan, place sliced flank steak into safflower oil. Cook until meat is no longer pink. Add stir fry vegetables and soy sauce with a hint of water. Turn heat down to between 7 and 8 on your stove, cover, and cook for 9 minutes.

  2. Add your cooked rice into your meal and serve with whatever it is that you feel like having with it.
