Recipe Ingredients for Beef stir-fry

370 g lean sirloin
2/3 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
2/3 cup red wine
2/3 cup water
1/2 tsp ground ginger
6 g minced garlic
4 tsp olive oil
111 g baby carrots
2 cups broccoli
150 g yellow bell pepper
157 g red bell pepper
225 g frozen green beans
2 tbsp cornstarch

Recipe Directions for Beef stir-fry

  1. Mix soy sauce, wine, ginger and garlic for marinade.

  2. Trim fat and cut beef in thin strips. Marinate while chopping vegetables.

  3. Heat oil in wok. Drain and stir-fry beef (save marinade). Add vegetables and stir-fry.

  4. Stir cornstarch into marinade. Pour over meat and vegetables in wok; bring to boil to thicken.

  5. Serve with rice.
