Simple soy sauce-based stir fry. Next time, I'd replace the sesame oil with something lighter (120 calories a tbl! Yikes!)

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Stir Fry

4 tbl low-sodium soy sauce
4 tbl sesame oil
2 tsp Splenda
1 tsp arrowroot
1 lb beef steak
1 red pepper, sliced into strips
1/2 cup snow pea pods
1 cup brocolli
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger

Recipe Directions for Beef Stir Fry

  1. Slice beef into strips and toss in mixture of soy sauce, Splenda, arrowroot, and 2 tablespoons of oil.

  2. Saute vegetables in remaining oil. Remove when cooked through and saute beef, adding vegetables back to wok near end of cooking.

  3. Serve with rice.
