Recipe Ingredients for Beef Stir fry

1 cup Rice, Brown, Long-grain, Cooked
0.2 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1/2 cup, chopped Broccoli, Cooked
0.25 cup, diced Celery
0.25 cup, chopped Carrots
0.2 medium Green Zucchini
0.25 cup, chopped Cabbage
0.2 serving raw Snow Peas
0.5 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.529 oz Regular Soy Sauce
4 oz Beef

Recipe Directions for Beef Stir fry

  1. Bring brown rice to biol, cover and simmer for 30-45 minutes.

  2. chop veggies, all about 1/4 cup of each. Fry beef while you chop.

  3. when beef is almost done, add veggies, water, oil, and cover. cook to desired consistency.

  4. remove from heat, plate the rice, then top with veggies, add a little soy sauce. Enjoy :)
