Recipe Ingredients for beef stir fry

12 oz Beef, Round, Top Round
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
0.062 cup Cornstarch
0.083 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
4 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 cup, chopped Onions
1 cup, chopped Carrots
1 medium Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper
1 clove Garlic
0.75 portion, amount of dry mix to make 8 fl oz prepared Soup, Beef Broth, Cubed, Dry
32 grams Soy Sauce
0.5 tsp Sugars, Granulated
7.94 grams Cornstarch
2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe

Recipe Directions for beef stir fry

Slice beef thinly. Toss beef in mixture of soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil and pepper. Heat 2 Tbsp oil in skilet and stir fry veggies, then cover to steam for a minute or 2, till tendercrisp. Remove veggies and set aside. Wipe out skillet. Heat remaining oil. Brown garlic then remove, Brown beef strips over high heat. Blend broth, soy sauce, sugar, and cornstarch together. Pour into skillet and cook, stirring until thickened. Add cooked veggies and tomatoes. Heat thoroughly and serve.
