I usually marinate the meat in worcestershire sauce, garlic and steak spice for a couple of hours

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Stir-fry

6 oz sirloin steak cut into strips
1 cup peppers
1/2 cup onions
1/2 cup cauliflower
1/2 cup snow peas
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 cup celery
4 tbsp. olive oil

Recipe Directions for Beef Stir-fry

  1. Put 1 tbsp. of oil in wok at med high and cook meat til tender.

  2. Remove meat and set aside.

  3. Add 1 tbsp. oil and carrots and celery, cook with lid on for 3 minutes to soften.

  4. Remove lid and add mixed coloured peppers, onions, cauliflower and snow peas.

  5. When veggies are to your liking, add meat and heat back up.

  6. I serve this over rice or with steamed noodles and veggies.
