Recipe Directions for Beef Stir Fry With Bell Peppers and Snow Peas

In a large Stir Fry pan or wok over medium high heat. add oil when warm add beef and stir fry quickly about 2 minutes add pepper and cook 2 minute add snow peas they will turn bright green. Stir in sauce cook 30 seconds to incorporate flavors. if needed you can all a little cold water and some cornstarch in a seperate bowl mix then pour over and stir to thicken up the sauce. If to thick add more water.
