Awesome beef stew with peas, potatoes and squash

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Stewage

2 cup, cubes Squash, Winter, Butternut
2 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1/4 cup(30 g) Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
2 cup, chopped Carrots
1/2 cup, diced Celery
4 clove Garlic
1 cup Frozen Sweet Peas
32 oz Beef, Round, Top Round
16 oz Stewed Tomatoes, Original Recipe
4 tbsp Vinegar Balsamic

Recipe Directions for Beef Stewage

  1. 1. Braise the beef.

  2. 2. Remove and saute Garlic, celery

  3. 3. Add 4c of water and 2 beef boullion

  4. 4.Add remaining vegetables.

  5. 5. Add pepper and tomatoes.

  6. 6. Simmer for 1.5 hours.

  7. 7 Add Worcestershire sauce for taste
