Made from ingredients around the house from CostCo/Fred Meyer. Nothing organic/lean/etc. It's not actually stew, mainly because our oven is broken and we don't have the right kind of appliances at the moment.

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Stew Soup

1 pound Beef, Loin, Bottom Sirloin Butt, Tri-tip Steak
1 1/2 potato, diced
3/4 yellow onion, sliced
2 cans beef stock
1/2 tsp salt
4 tbsp flour
3 cups water
1 tbsp canola oil

Recipe Directions for Beef Stew Soup

  1. Slice beef into rough cube shapes. Cook in oil until brown; if not fully cooked, don't worry, it'll finish cooking later.

  2. Using slotted spoon, remove beef. Add one cup water; cook onions and potatoes in juices.

  3. Add two cans beef stock, 4 tbsp flour, 2 cups water. Re-add beef, let simmer for ten minutes. Salt to taste.
