Crock pot Beef stew w/ potato, celery and carrots. Serving 1.5 cups (430g) Yields 4

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Stew ,slow cooker

16 oz Beef, Round, Top Round
4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
2 medium Onions
1 cup, diced Celery
1 cup, chopped Carrots
2 1/2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
2 tsp dry mix Beef Stew Seasoning
1 oz Corn Starch

Recipe Directions for Beef Stew ,slow cooker

  1. Cut 1to1.5 lbs of Top round Beef, fat trimmed Lean into bite size chunks and add to 2 Qt crock pot.

  2. Cut 4 medium white/yellow potatoes into bite size squares and add to the pot.

  3. Add 1 cup of chopped carrots and celery. Add 2 chopped medium onions to the pot. Add 2 cups of water, then 2tsp of McCormick s Beef stew seasoning, and mix all ingredients. Then add 2 Tbsp of corn starch to thicken and 0.5 cups of water.

  4. Cook at High setting for 4 hours.

  5. Serve with slices of French Bread
