Recipe Ingredients for Beef Stew in Slow Cooker

3 oz Beef
1 cup, chopped Carrots
1 cup, diced Celery
0.75 cup, chopped Onions
0.021 oz Bay Leaf
1 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled

Recipe Directions for Beef Stew in Slow Cooker

  1. Cut up veges and place in slow cooker

  2. Add onion powder, Mrs. Dash, celery seed, garlic powder, and parsley.

  3. Trim meat.

  4. Place on top of veges.

  5. Put bay leaf on top.

  6. Pour 1 cup of water and two sodium free bouillion packets over everything.

  7. Add a few dashes of Lea and Perrins sauce.

  8. Cook on high for 5 to 6 hours in the slow cooker.
