Recipe Ingredients for Beef Stew with Shiitake mushrooms

12 new potatoes, cut into quarters
1/2 c chopped onions
8 oz baby carrots
3 1/2 oz shiitake mushrooms, sliced
16 oz whole tomatoes
14 1/2 oz beef broth
1/2 c flour
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp dried marjoram leaves
1/4 tsp pepper
1 lb. beef stew meat

Recipe Directions for Beef Stew with Shiitake mushrooms

  1. Combine all ingredients except beef in slow cooker. Add beef.

  2. Cover. Cook on Low 8-9 hours, Stir well before serving.
