Tastes delicious but more like a thick ministrone or Pasta fusill.

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Stew

1036 grams Stew Beef Braised
1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
0.5 cup Olive Oil
3 medium raw Onion Yellow
6 oz Tomato Paste
8 fluid oz Merlot
3.5 cup Potatoes, Boiled
8 oz Carrots, Baby
2 cup Beef Broth
3 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Spices Thyme Leaves
1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf
1 cup Peas, Green
2 cup Diced Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Beef Stew

Coat the meat with flour, Brown the meat, add oil as necessary. Move the meat to the slow cooker. Simmer the onions in the skillet until soft add the tomato paste and stir until mixed. Transfer to cooker. Pour the wine in the skillet and scrape up any broouwn bits. Add to the cooker. Stir in potatoes, carrots, salt, broth, Thyme, bay leaf and diced tomatoes. Cook on low heat for 7 1/2 hours or on high for 4 hours.
