Recipe Ingredients for beef stew

32 oz Beef Stew Meat
2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 cup Leeks, (Bulb And Lower Leaf-portion)
1 cup, diced Celery
1 cup slices Parsnips
3 cup diced Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
8 oz Peeled Mini Carrots
64 oz Water
1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached

Recipe Directions for beef stew

brown stew meat and as it is cut up all vegies. dump in the water after meat is browned and add the vegies to it. spice it the way you would like everyone is diffeent as I don't use a lot of salt I like the flavors of the meat and vegies. when vegies are tender then make the flour and water to thinken the stew.
