This is just a standard cook in the crockpot beef stew.

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Stew

16 ounce beef steak
4 medium russet potatoes
2 medium carrots
1 medium onion
2 tbsp cornstarch
4 cups water

Recipe Directions for Beef Stew

  1. cut beef into 1 inch pieces and brown

  2. cut onion, potatoes and carrots into 1 inch pieces

  3. put the vegetables on the bottom of the crockpot

  4. when beef is browned put on top of vegetables

  5. pore water in and season with pepper

  6. cook on low for 8 hours
