Recipe Ingredients for beef stew

16 oz raw Beef Stew Meat
3 onion Yellow Onion
6 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
3 medium stalk, raw Celery
2 medium Russet Potato
1.5 cup Cooking Stock
4 serving Garlic Cloves
1 tbsp Paprika
0.5 tsp Garlic Salt
1 tbsp Pepper, Black
0.25 oz Coarse Kosher Salt
0.45 oz Flakes Parsley
0.5 oz Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Recipe Directions for beef stew

shake beef cubes with flour, paprika, garlic salt, pepper and parsley in plastic bag then brown in a skillet with vegetable oil before transfering to the croc pot. dice all veges the same size as the beef cubes and place in croc pot while browning beef. after beef is added to the pot, carmelize the onions in the skillet with the beef drippings before adding to the stew. dice garlic cloves and add to croc pot with beef stock, salt & pepper to taste. cook on high four hours - serve with buttered noodles, mashed potatoes or rice and crusty bread to soak up the sauce
