Beef stew with carrots, potatoes, & onion

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Stew

510 grams Carrots, Baby
1.2 medium White Onion
4 cup chopped raw Yukon Gold Potatoes
2.7 cup Beef Broth
6 oz Tomato Paste
1/4 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour

Recipe Directions for Beef Stew

Coat beef with flour, brown in oil. Cook onion 10 min, then add to crock pot with beef, tomato paste, potatoes, onion, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tsp thyme, bay leaf, and beef broth. Cook 8 hr on low.
