1 tbsp Olive Oil
3/20 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
3 medium Carrots
4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
2 medium yellow squash
1/2 red pepper

Recipe Directions for Beef Stew

Dredge meat in flour. Heat oil in pan and brown meat. Add onions and cook until meat is tender. Add other vegetables and cook until done.
