32 oz Beef, Round, Top Round
2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
8 medium Mushrooms
2 spears (1/2" base) Asparagus
2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
2 medium Carrots
5 potato (2-1/2" dia, sphere) Potatoes, Boiled, Cooked In Skin, Flesh
2 bunch Broccoli

Recipe Directions for Beef Stew

Thinly slice 2lb london broil, add to crock pot. Finely slice 2 heads broccoli, 2 med onions, 8 med mushrooms, 6 stalks asparagus, 2 stalks celery, 2 medium carrots, 5 russet potatoes, add to crock pot. Set on low for 5 hours, filling crock pot with water after all foods have been added.
