Old Fashioned Crock Pot Beef Stew

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Stew

2 cup chopped raw Yukon Gold Potatoes
24 oz Beef Stew Meat
1 cup Baby Carrots
0.5 cup, diced Celery
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2/3 cup Frozen Sweet Peas
8 tsp dry mix Beef Stew Seasoning
8 oz V8 100% Vegetable Juice

Recipe Directions for Beef Stew

Chop all ingredients into bite size pieces. Mix in Crock Pot with V-8 and Stew Seasoning and cook on Low for 8 hours.
