Recipe Ingredients for Beef Stew

322 g roast beef
4 medium potatoes
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup onions
5 oz Mushrooms
2 cups beef broth
1/3 tbsp corn starch
2 tbsp Gravy Mix

Recipe Directions for Beef Stew

  1. Put all ingredients except corn starch and 1/4 cup of water in large saucepan and bring to boil.

  2. Reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender and beef is heated through.

  3. Add 4 Tbsp cold water to corn starch and mix into paste. Dilute to liquid using liquid from stew.

  4. Stir in corn starch and bring stew to a boil. Cook a few minutes until liquid thickens.

  5. Serve.
