Recipe Ingredients for Beef Stew

16 oz stew meat
1 medium onion chopped
1 cup Green Peppers
2 cups frozen corn
1/2 cup lentils
16 oz canned tomatoes
2 tsp. garlic
2 cups Potatoes, Boiled, Cooked In Skin, Flesh
1 cup Cabbage
1 tbsp. chilli powder
2 tablespoon g) taco seasoning
1 cup shredded carrot
1 cup celery chopped

Recipe Directions for Beef Stew

  1. Brown beef, onions, green peppers, garlic, carrots, celery until tender

  2. Add remaining ingredients and water if needed

  3. Simmer on low until desired consistency.
