Home made stew for bone chilling days

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Stew

1785 g Beef, Top Sirloin
11 oz (about 4 1/2 c) carrots
8 oz peas
7 c water
4 beef bouillon cubes
2 T flour
2 T cornstarch

Recipe Directions for Beef Stew

Remove meat from bone, trimming off any fat. Heat a dutch oven with non-stick cooking spray. Brown meat, add flour, 6 1/2 c water and bouillon. Prepare potatoes and carrots, cut into bite size chunks. Cover and simmer for 25-30 minutes. Add 2 T cornstarch to remaining water, mix well and add to stew. Add peas and simmer uncovered for 15-20 minutes or until bubbling.
