Recipe Ingredients for Beef Stew

2 lb. Lean Beef
3 cups Carrots
1 Yellow Onion
2 Celery Stalks
5 Potatoes
32 ounces canned Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Beef Stew

Dice potatoes. Quarter Onion. Chop Celery. Use a bag of baby carrots and 2 cans of crushed tomatoes. Throw the meat and all ingredients in the crock pot and cook on Low for 8-9 hours or High 4-5 hours.
