Slow cooked beef stew with cream of mushroom soup and cooking sherry.

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Stew

1/2 cup slices Carrots
5 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
0.5 cup, diced Celery
1/2 cup chopped raw Vidalia Onion
1.5 cup 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
4 serving Cooking Wine
0.75 cup (8 fl oz) Water
10 oz Beef Chunks

Recipe Directions for Beef Stew

  1. Dice the celery and potatoes. Add to the Crockpot.

  2. Cut the Vidalia onion in half. Dice one half. Add to the Crockpot.

  3. Add the baby carrots.

  4. Add the beef chunks.

  5. Add one can of 98% FF Cream of mushroom soup.

  6. Fill the can half up with water, half with sherry cooking wine. Pour into Crockpot.

  7. Cook on low all day until you are ready for dinner. Cook on high if you are short on time. Check if potatoes are tender before eating.
