Recipe Ingredients for Beef Stew

32 oz Made from Roasted Beef and Concentrated Beef Stock Beef Base
3 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
6 NLEA serving Carrots, Baby
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
10 oz Mild Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
2 oz Jalapeno Peppers, Sliced

Recipe Directions for Beef Stew

Cut vegetables into chunks. Put all ingredients into large pot and cook until veggies are tender. May add water if needed and other vegetables. Season to taste.
