A hearty beef stew, without the heavy calories!

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Stew

1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tbsp Becel 4 oz Stewing Beef 1 oz celery 1 oz carrot .5 oz shallot 1 cup Campbell's Sodium Reduced Beef

Recipe Directions for Beef Stew

  1. Cut beef into 1" cubes, marinate with olive oil and salt and pepper. Set aside.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet, once oil is heated add becel. Quickly add diced vegetabless while Becel is still melting. Saute veggies at medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Increase heat to medium-high and add beef. Season withrosemary and thyme. Let beef brown for 1 minute. Reduce heat to low and add 1 cup beef broth, and bay leaf. cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle flour evenly over stew, stir and let simmer for another minute.

  3. Take off heat, and let sit for 5 minutes, so that the stew can thicken.

  4. Enjoy!!
