Thick and hearty beef stew Serve over biscuits

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Stew

3 medium (2-1/4" to 2-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
1 lb Beef, Chuck, Tender Steak
1 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
3 large Carrots, Baby
1 cup Beans, Snap, Green
0.25 large Onions
4 Cube Stock Cubes
32 oz Water
1 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Beef Stew

  1. Chop up vegetables and beef

  2. Dissolve cubes in 4 c hot water

  3. Put all in crock pot

  4. Season to your liking

  5. Cook on high til done (3-5 hours)

  6. Slowly add in flour to thicken (use more or less as needed) in the last 15 minutes of cook time
