Recipe Ingredients for Beef Stew

7 oz lean beef, cubed
1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 cup beef stock, low sodium
1 tsp garlic, minced
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp chives
1/4 tsp black pepper
6 oz potato, cubed
5 oz carrot, sliced
3 oz onion, chopped

Recipe Directions for Beef Stew

Sautee seasonings & beef in oil until beef starts to brown. Cover with stock. Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour. Add potato, carrot & onion. Continue to simmer 1 hour.
