Add whatever seasonings you'd like.

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Stew

1 1/4 lb beef, cubed
6 small potatoes, cubed
4 stalks of celery, chopped
5 medium carrots, chopped
2 medium onions, cubed
1 tbs fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup flour
2 cans beef broth
1 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Beef Stew

  1. Coat beef with flour in a ziploc bag.

  2. Use half of oil to brown beef.

  3. Remove beef and set aside.

  4. Use other half of oil to slightly saute onions, carrots, and celery.

  5. Remove and set aside.

  6. Add the beef back to the pot and add broth and parsley.

  7. Simmer for 20 minutes.

  8. Add potatoes.

  9. Simmer for 15 minutes.

  10. Add onions, carrots, and celery.

  11. Simmer for 5 minutes.
