Recipe Ingredients for BEEF STEW

6.68 oz. sirloin, cubed
14 1/2 oz. stewed tomatoes, with liquid
2 tsp. olive oil
1/8 tsp. sea salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. bay leaf
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 onion, cubed
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 cup carrot, cubed
1 cup sweet potato, cubed
1 cup chicken broth

Recipe Directions for BEEF STEW

  1. In a sauce pan, heat the oil and saute the garlic on medium heat until transluscent.

  2. Add the onion and celery, saute for 1 minutes.

  3. Add stewed tomatoes, chicken broth, beef, bay leaf, salt and pepper. Simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.

  4. Add the carrots, and potatoes, and cook until root veggies are tender, about another 10 minutes.
