1 pound beef chuck
1/3 cup tomato paste
3 tbs balsamic vinegar
2 tbs flour
1 large onion
6 red potatoes
4 carrots
4 cloves of garlic
3 cups water

Recipe Directions for beef stew

  1. preheat oven 350

  2. combine everything in dutch oven

  3. bring to a boil

  4. add to oven and cook for 2 to 2 1/2 hours
