Lean beef stew with vegetables and noodles

Recipe Ingredients for beef stew

1 lb beef, lean stew meat
14 1/2 oz tomatoes, diced
5 cups water
1 can beef broth
10 oz. mixed vegetables
6 oz. pasta, whole wheat rotini

Recipe Directions for beef stew

  1. Brown the lean beef in pan sprayed with olive oil spray.

  2. Add garlic, salt, pepper, basil, oregano to taste

  3. Add Water and beef broth and diced tomatoes

  4. Add 2 bay leaves

  5. Bring to a boil

  6. Add frozen mixed Vegetables and bring to boil again

  7. Add rotini pasta and cook until tender
