Stewed beef with canned vegetables.

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Stew

2 onions
4 carrots
1 4/5 lbs beef chuck
15 oz canned corn
15 oz canned peas
15 oz canned green beans
8 oz canned carrots
4 oz tomato paste
2 tbsp flour
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp parsley

Recipe Directions for Beef Stew

  1. cook onions, carrots, beef, salt, pepper, parsley and worcestershire sauce on low heat all day.

  2. take the liquid from teh canned vegetables and put it in a pot. wisk in flour and tomato paste. add vegetables, bring to a boil.

  3. combine the two pots and cook for a bit longer
