Yummy Stew for a cold day. Very hearty.

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Stew

1 pound stew meat
2 cups carrots
4 cups potatoes
1 cup corn
1 1/2 cups peas
1 1/2 cups diced tomatoes
1 tablespoon canola oil
2 tablespoon flour

Recipe Directions for Beef Stew

  1. Coat meat with flour.

  2. Saute in oil.

  3. Add Lawry's Stew Packet.

  4. Add 3 cups water.

  5. Bring to boil then put on low to simmer for one hour.

  6. Add carrots and potatoes and simmer one hour.

  7. Add corn and peas and cook 10 minutes.
