Freezer Beef Stew from OAMM - need to adjust for sodium intake.

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Stew

4 cups onion, diced
12 cups beef broth
8 cups carrots, sliced
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 tsp salt
3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
6 lbs beef stew meat
2 tsp pepper
1 tsp thyme, dried
3/4 tbsp flour
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp tomato paste

Recipe Directions for Beef Stew

combine all ingredients in ziplock freezer gallon bags. To serve: Thaw. Cook in crockpot on low for 6-8 hours (longer if partially frozen).
