Recipe Ingredients for Beef Stew

2 lbs beef
3 tbsp olive oil
18 g beef bouillon
4 cups water
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 large potatoes
4 carrots
2 stalks celery
1 large onion
2 tsp cornstarch
2 tsp cold water

Recipe Directions for Beef Stew

  1. In large pot or dutch oven, cook beef in oil over medium heat until brown. Dissolve bouillon in water and add to pot. Stir in Rosemary, parsley and pepper. Bring to boil, then reduce heat, cover and simmer 1 hour

  2. Stir in potatoes, carrots, celery and onion. Dissolve cornstarch in 2 tsp cold water and stir into pot. Cover and simmer 1 hour.
