vegetables fried in beef, no oil added or drained. Can add as many vegetables as you would like eg mushrooms, carrots, green peppers etc

Recipe Ingredients for beef stew

8 serving ( 3 oz ) Beef, Ground, 75% Lean Meat / 25% Fat, Crumbles
2 tomato Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1/2 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
1 tbsp Salt, Table
4 ounces Fresh Chopped Onions
1 green pepper

Recipe Directions for beef stew

pan brown beef first, add pepper, add onions, let cook for 4mins, then add tomatoes and salt and keep stirring.
