2 medium Carrots
4 potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia) Potatoes, Russet, Flesh And Skin, Baked
8 oz Diced Tomatoes with Basil Garlic and Oregano
1 cup Beef Broth
1 Teaspoon Thyme
0.25 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached

Recipe Directions for Beef Stew

cover meat in flour, brown, add tomatoes, broth, and veggies, sprinkle with thyme. Salt and Pepper to taste.
