A very good beef stew with no potato or carrots.

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Stew - No Potato

12 oz Beef, Round, Bottom Round
4 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
1 1/4 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
5 cloves, raw Garlic
8 oz Sliced Baby Bella Mushrooms Packaged
339 3/5 grams Beer
2 1tsp Olive Oil
3 oz Tomato Paste No Salt Added
2 grams Bay Leaf
1 tbsp Thyme Leaves
1 packet Bouillon
7 oz Water

Recipe Directions for Beef Stew - No Potato

  1. Cut bee into manageable pieces. Season salt free.

  2. Heat oil in a dutch oven

  3. brown beef

  4. ad in all veg and mushrooms

  5. ad in tomato paste

  6. allow to cook for 10 min and then ad in the beer and the stock and water mix

  7. bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes
